Step-by-Step Instructions

From Chaturanga or lying prone, place hands under shoulders

Press into hands and straighten arms fully

Lift thighs and knees off the floor

Roll onto the tops of your feet

Lift the chest high and draw shoulders back

Gaze forward or slightly up

Hold for 3-5 breaths
